Conceptual and Documentary Photographer

with a Strong Commercial Acumen and a Nook-Shotten Approach

Beatriz is a Spanish-born, Venezuelan photographer based in London. She has a strong commercial acumen developed through working experience in major multinational organisations, in the UK and abroad, and working with Laura Noble, Director at  LA Noble Gallery.

Beatriz is currently a Researcher and Assistant to renowned Magnum Photographer Chris Steele-Perkins. She does Volunteering work at the Camden Arts Centre. She is a Freelance Photographer.

Beatriz photographic practice is concerned with the visual representation of the subtle, yet complex, interplay and ongoing dialogue of the inner self with the external environment. Her work explores the power of the subconscious mind where dialogues shift, fragment, interrupt, and expose emotional states.

Beatriz works are in private collections in New York City, Spain, and Venezuela.
